I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Smoothie King location. I ordered the PB Swizzle Bowl, which Smoothie King advertises as “handcrafted with fresh toppings” and “made to order.” However, what I received was a rock-hard, frozen bowl that was impossible to eat with a spoon. When I asked the manager whether these bowls are freshly made or pre-made, I was first told they were made fresh for each customer. Bad Atencion in my drink . Specially at night the staff is bad
This was the worst bowl. I’ve ever gotten. It was very watery . Not filled completely. What a waste of time and money. And to tell you that I’m a regular this is unacceptable
