Put me on hold for 5 mins so I ordered an online order completed that transaction before I can get my actual order taken. Looked like they had enough staff maybe they deploy the ppl better. Idk 3rd time here and it’s always a struggle I’m sure yall will improve. This was not it again maybe the 4th time will be better. Still waiting on both orders it’s been 15mins
I don’t usually complain but I’m a little annoyed. Just left this store and waited about 15-20 minutes for my smoothie for it to be sitting on there side of the counter next to the drive through orders. I finally get it after waiting and it’s watered down and doesn’t even taste like it has peanut butter in it which is literally one of the two ingredients. Not very happy.
This place is so nasty and the lady with the lip piercings was so rude and was not helpful to me since I have never been here before. Will never come back.
Terrible experience at Smoothie King. The store was dirty, staff didn’t care, and the smoothie tasted awful. Definitely not worth the money, won’t be back.
