This is the first time I've actually visited this particular Smoothie King. It wasn't overly crowded, and I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They were helpful, efficient, and gracious. The place was very clean, and they were preparing fruits as I walked in, so, I could tell the ingredients would be fresh. I had an issue with my rewards/app, and the workers were very nice about it, and they helped troubleshoot it for me. First time being in a smoothie king and got the bee sting açaí bowl, súper delicious and sweet would def recommend if you got a sweet tooth.
Great smoothies. Inconsistent customer service. Today at 10:20 am the girl was short and rude with me, but the woman who came in after received an entirely different attitude and greeting as I walked out. I will not speculate why, but it's happened more than once. I was going to go to this location regularly. Not anymore. Disappointing since it's a few blocks from my house.
I drink my smoothie every day and I’ve been to so many locations in the Houston area. Hands down this location is the most consistent and the staff is so friendly. Special thank you to Karlie, Irene, and Angie
