Great smoothies. Inconsistent customer service. Today at 10:20 am the girl was short and rude with me, but the woman who came in after received an entirely different attitude and greeting as I walked out. I will not speculate why, but it's happened more than once. I was going to go to this location regularly. Not anymore. Disappointing since it's a few blocks from my house.
I drink my smoothie every day and I’ve been to so many locations in the Houston area. Hands down this location is the most consistent and the staff is so friendly. Special thank you to Karlie, Irene, and Angie

Giving four stars because this place is great, but the new guy needs to be trained in customer service. I went in an the kid was on his phone did not look at me at all told me go pay and the girl at the register had to ask him if he put the order in yet then he ask what size I wanted, went back to his cell phone then made my smoothie, when I got it the smoothie was warm, threw it away.
