I am writing to express my frustration with my recent experience at this location. The smoothie I received was extremely watery and did not meet the quality I expect. My husband went back to ask for it to be remade. However, instead of remaking the smoothie properly, the employee—Jessie—only added butter pecan ice cream to the same drink. When it was handed back, the smoothie was dripping down the outside of the cup, creating a mess. always fresh and made right every time I go. The staff is seriously amazing and super friendly, quick, and they always have a good attitude even when it’s busy. They make the whole place feel welcoming.
Nice people but not great for large orders. Use the one on memorial drive, there super efficient.
Quan and his gm have great service !! Amazing atmosphere!!
