Food is good, but incredibly slow.
Smoothies are always hit or miss for the same exact drink. Mobile order is never ready when I order, which is usually 15-20 mins before I arrive.
Went to Smoothie King today… This New millennium girl told at 1:00 pm that they weren’t taking any more orders… Need I remind you.. I was the only one in the line… WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE SO LAZY…
Usually very good last one I bought...they are $9... tasted like frozen water..not happy..no real consistency
Let me start by first saying that I’m a military spouse so I’ve been to smoothie kings all over the nation and have loved them. Even this location has usually been great. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve gone through the drive thru, there’s young blonde girl who has terrible customer service skills. The first time, I ordered a chocolaka for my little girl and she handed it to me half empty. I asked her why it was like that, and she said “that’s what came out” then closed the window!
