I’ve been a smoothie king lover for a little over a year now. The smoothies are much better than Tropical smoothie. Ok 1/3/26 around 10:45 am my husband and I purchased a smoothie, we always get the mango kale; delicious. _ There were two boys working. FOLLOW UP....So I used the customer service email to further talk about my complaint and guess what?? NO RESPONSE. So they act like they're concerned but really NOT!!! No one in "customer service" could reply back???? It explains why they have a rude, disrespectful employee at their store must be nepotism!!! Very disappointed. The young guy acted as if I was INVISIBLE! Did he not see me because i was BLACK!! Never had a bad experience here until today!! I believe the young man was RACIST!!!
The owners or whomever the 2 older Caucasian people are, are RUDE!! & I’ll leave it at that.
