FOLLOW UP....So I used the customer service email to further talk about my complaint and guess what?? NO RESPONSE. So they act like they're concerned but really NOT!!! No one in "customer service" could reply back???? It explains why they have a rude, disrespectful employee at their store must be nepotism!!! Very disappointed. Very disappointed. I didn't get greeted when I worked in after 930am with only 1 customer!! I did not get acknowledged as I stood at the register for 10 minutes. He finished with the 1 customer. The young guy acted as if I was INVISIBLE! Did he not see me because i was BLACK!! Never had a bad experience here until today!! I believe the young man was RACIST!!!
The owners or whomever the 2 older Caucasian people are, are RUDE!! & I’ll leave it at that.
Friendly and fast staff
I’ve been a Smoothie King customer for well over 10 years and have been consistently going to the Wes Cary location for about 5 years and can say that Frank and Carol truly put the customer first. They train their staff well and the store (both this location and Morrisville) are extremely clean. I’ve been to other locations in the Triangle and they could take some notes on cleanliness and customer service. This location is the very best!!
