We come here all the time and they’re usually very good but they’ve recently hired some staff who don’t do as a good a job. Showed up this morning at 8:15 and they were closed even though their hours say they open at 8.
This review is awareness to all parents : do not let your kid work in this place !!! Manager Carol is not professional and rude with her workers . You cannot choose your schedule bc nobody asking you . You just get what they want and need to text manager about days you cannot (why worker cannot choose days to work in this place ). So they hiring 16-17 yo high schoolers with minimum salary and putting them in every day schedule (knowing they are still in school of course). I loved going here, the prices are fair, the smoothies are delicious, and the service is wonderful and fast.
We had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King location. The service was shockingly bad from the moment we walked in. The guy taking our order was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that we were even there. Not only were the drinks poorly made and nothing like what we ordered, but when we asked for a refund — which they initially promised — they completely backtracked and refused to honor it.
