The woman running this store has been doing better and better on this store since I've started working locally in January. And always polite and even to her employees. Wonderful energy, love it!

The staff at this store are always friendly, quick, and welcoming, which really makes a difference compared to other places. Whoever owns this location needs to know this. The little things matter and there is a Smoothy King on just about every corner. So when a customer comes in and asks for something that you may seem is small, such as extra peanut butter on the side of their bowl and you train people to say "Smoothy King doesn't do that" - you may come across someone who goes to different Smoothy Kings multiple times a week and knows for a fact that you are the only location that doesn't.
