I normally don't leave reviews, but the customer service at this Smoothie King has been consistently disappointing. I've visited this location multiple times, and almost every visit feels the same. When I walk in, I'm rarely acknowledged. On several occasions, I've stood at the counter for 5+ minutes before anyone even came over to take my order, despite being the only customer in the store. This location needs better managers and training. I’ve had my smoothie made incorrectly 3 times here. 2 of the times it was obvious they forgot to add spinach into the spinach smoothie since the smoothies were not even green. But another time they totally forgot to add the gladiator protein powder. The straws here are very narrow and thin and collapse when inserting into the lid, they are not the big red sturdy straws found at other Smoothie Kings.
