The staff was super nice and helpful.
Employees are always friendly
Walked into Smoothie King, no one greeted us hello or welcome in. We stood at the register and felt completely ignored as if no one even saw us. We were the only people in the store. Then, one of the employees got on her phone, again without acknowledging us, so I had to ask if we could order. Very unprofessional. You don’t have to be the happiest ever, but at least acknowledge the customers in the store.
Miss Olivia was the sweetest. Five star customer service, very pleasant first visit to this location.
