The service I received today was very distasteful. I asked about the cups that Smoothie King were advertising( red tumbler cups) and the young men working did not know the price for the cup. So I asked if they could reach out to their manager because I read that you get a discount for that promo cup. One of the young men working gave me the number and I didn’t receive an answer. Smoothie King gouges prices based on the time of day and day of week. I have paid 9.36, 10.74, 10.12, and 9.79 for my order, a 32oz Daily Warrior with a shot of espresso. This has been true at another Smoothie King up 130 by the mattress store, as well. While the service staff are polite and accurate in fulfilling orders, despite so few people working any given shift, this company is actively scamming you. Do not buy from them.
