Came in to try out a new protein smoothie recommendation. Even though there’s some shitty reviews of this place/kids running around, the cashier/smoothie maker named Samantha was amazing. She was working alone at the time I came but really had great customer service and positive energy along with the strong passion for recommending me a solid smoothie. Samantha definitely should be getting paid double for that amazing work.
Toddler running around behind the counter touching everything! Gross and totally unprofessional. Came in for an order this morning and staff is totally unprepared for open 30 minutes and they’re still messing around with the blenders
I had an $135 order and the staff moved with no sense of urgency, there was a toddler in the area as well definitely not safe for a baby girl. Worst smoothie king experience ever, I for sure won’t be back to this store. Wasted an hour break smh
Walked in on Sunday July 26th 2026. One person working no acknowledgement when we walked in waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no eye contact as the worked made what I’m assuming were pick up orders. Since only one customer was in the store. No welcome in, no I’ll be right with you. Not a word. Then when we were greeted it was was can I get you. Not sorry for the wait no Hello nothing.
