I usually don’t have an issue with smoothie king but I remember my niece telling me in the food business you shouldn’t take food back. They gave me the wrong order. I asked for an açaí bowl with coca haze and Nutella they gave me a bowl with peanut butter. They asked back for the bowl and scraped it out and put the new topping. That was disgusting in my point of view.
The manager is one of the most disrespectful and disgusting vile humans I have ever spoken to. He’s such a horrible person. He’s hiring people he has to train on common sense. A child knows if a drink is made a straw is paired with it. Why are you hiring people and giving people a paycheck if they can’t even have common sense enough to know to send a straw with a smoothie?! it’s 2026. It took way too long to get my order.And we were the only ones in line.

Took extremely long to simply put in a order. Maybe short on staff. Made me late coming back from work lunch break.
