I’ve been a regular customer at this Smoothie King for several years, and it used to be my go-to location. The smoothies were consistently well-made and, as the name suggests, actually smooth. Over the past year, though, something has changed. More often than not, my smoothies have pieces of ice in them instead of having the creamy, smooth texture I expect. Smoothies were good but service was not great. I went through the drive through, it was 7 minutes before my order was taken then 5 minutes before payment was taken then another 10 minutes before I got my smoothies. I only ordered 2 - 20oz drinks.
