It’s always a vibe when I come to this location. Everyone is always nice and welcoming. If I have questions about a menu item it’s broken down. I order in person and through the app.
I’m guessing the manager on duty today, September 17th at around 4:03 PM, was just very rude. She took the order of a group of three females with two kids in front of me and told me she would be with me in a minute. After giving them their full order, she finally took mine, but then took the guy’s order behind me before I was finished. When the same group of females came back to order again, she took their order as well. I usually don’t have any issues with this place. However, I put in a pick up order for this morning, and when I get there the store is closed. Lights off, locked, with no signs on the door or any indication through the app that they were closed. Despite the, the order still went through and I got charged. Will be disputing the charge with my bank today.
