As a champion guest for smoothie king rewards I am watching this location fall apart… I understand new workers but when you has experienced employees sitting in the back of the store and having to be asked to come help that is insane, I ordered 2 smoothies only received 1 and my other smoothie takes almost 30minutes to be made with new orders being handed out before and still no acknowledgement of poor performance. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO IMPROVE THIS LOCATION IS FALLING APART ONCE ONE OF THE BEST SMOOTHIE KINGS NOW IS ONE OF THE WORST PEOPLE ARE BEING SKIPPED WAITING FOR THEIR SMOOTHIES NEW PEOPLE WALKING IN THE DOOR ORDERING AND GETTING SMOOTHIES THERE IS NO ORGANIZATION HERE !!!
They need to do better with organization in this place! How you make one drink and it take a whole 30 minutes to make another one. How are new people coming in getting their smoothie before people that’s been there. They most definitely need new management here. It’s sad. Really going down the hill
Haley would not come out to assist with a line to the door we could all hear her laughing behind the door on her phone as several people waited to be served. She is rude and unprofessional
