Ordered on Uber eats, bowl wasn't in a bag nor did I have a spoon or straw for the smoothie. Business are using Uber eats or dash with drivers that speak no English who are unaware of the policies you have or can't read whatever signs you have up. Please bag up to go orders with utensils because Im at work trying to figure out how to eat my bowl with no spoon. And my order was missing extra bananas and peanut butter.
First time trying smoothie king. I was a little overwhelmed with their menu but the woman behind the counter immediately understood and helped me! The smoothie was delicious and put in no time. Customer service and product ten out of ten!
the slowest smoothie king i’ve ever been too. there is no sense of urgency when making your drinks. Truly if you want a smoothie, plan at-least 20 minutes out of your day to just wait for your smoothie to be done. watched them not even start the order that was put online.
I love Smoothie King but this location is probably the worst one I’ve visited. We were not greeted by any of the workers when we walked in after greeting them and saying hello. We sat at the counter waiting for our order to be taken for about 7 minutes. Nobody said “we’ll be with you in a second.” They completely ignored us and acted like we didn’t exist. After waiting and waiting we left and went to the Tropical Smoothie down the street. I would recommend them over Smoothie King if you want exceptional service.
STAY AWAY! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a smoothie king. I was told they were not accepting orders due to having too many online orders. After speaking to the employee for a few more seconds in a pleasant manner, the employee began taking my order but did so while using some of the worst curse words ever and complaining of being tired of doing her job.
