Come here all the time, great stuff
We stopped to get the toast and ANY Smoothie combo and all the signage says “Toast and ANY Smoothie for $10.99”. They tell us it’s only valid for the “Treat” smoothies, which the signage does not indicate, and we had a $4 member reward and were told the toast deal is considered a reward and we can’t use our $4 reward. Then they make the smoothies and then start the toast, so our simple order took over 10 minutes. They really need some operational procedures for employees and to be clear in their advertising.
