Maria was amazing she was very professional and polite. Courteous and respectful. If we had more people like her this world would be a special place. Thank you Maria for making my morning and thank you smoothie king for having such a great employee.
Not good customer service No military discount Mr. Kuhnau (man who started smoothie king and I knew personally) said military and veterans were always welcome at smoothie king. Apparently this smoothie king is horribly off track and has forgotten customers come first and military and veterans are always welcome.
The two people behind the counter this afternoon absolutely sucks at their job. Came in and was made to wait about 10min before ordering. I was happy to wait. The young lady comes up and says, "sorry about the wait, what can I get you?" I reply, "no worries I see you are by yourself." Nobody in line behind me got at least 5-7min. Several people walk in later and order. One being a sheriff's officer. I'm still waiting, having ordered about 15min prior to the other people.
