I have loved every experience going here! Kristen helped me most of the times and she is so helpful! I have a hard time deciding things and she always is there to steer me in the right direction for a smoothie I'll love! I frequent this location often and always order via mobile app. Sometimes I order well in advance, other times I’ll order via mobile app and pull directly into the drive thru. I do this to earn my points and use banked dollars. Well today, Kristin, chose to reprimand me regarding my arrival prior to the promised time on the app which was 15-20 minutes. Love this location!
So disappointed with the staff/management. Every time I come to this location they're closed early. This was the last straw with this location today because I just had surgery and am unable to eat solid foods yet. When I got to the location at 8:35p when google says they close at 9p. Doors are locked, lights are off and staff is standing behind the counter. I run a business and would be having a discussion with my staff if they closed early habitually.
