I order a smoothie everyday from Smoothie King using the mobile app. Today is the 1st time that I was made to wait for my order at the Highway 85 location in Riverdale, Georgia. No one was in line so I'm lost why I had to wait 15 minutes for a 20 oz smoothie. No other location has ever made me wait. I'll make my smoothies at home after this experience.
This location always have a line both through drive thru and standing outside. They are very slow and understaffed. They often try & force you to utilize the drive thru which again is always backed up so it's always time consuming. Many time they mess up the orders and whenever you ask for a refund the manager gives an attitude. I come here almost everyday. I'm about to stop.
I just had over $1000 stolen out of my account by someone who broke into my app and used my card. I love in southern Alabama and am currently in Florida on vacation. They placed 3 separate normal looking orders but thousands in tips. I canceled my card but have spent the past hour just trying to get someone at this location to answer the phone. No one will answer the phone. Hoping maybe this will get someone's attention since the franchise nor the corporate headquarters will answer our calls.
One of the most unprofessional locations I’ve went to. Employees are rude and don’t like their job. Find a new job if you don’t want to serve customers.
