I go to about 4-6 Smoothie King’s throughout Houston and this one is hands down my favorite Smoothie King! I primarily get the Vegan Mango Kale 44 oz and Aliyah at this location blends my smoothie like no other location. Aliyah and the rest of the employees at this location have excellent customer service and great communication skills ; they look at me directly in my eyes when they communicate with me. Me as a health care worker I’m extremely tired all the time and every now and then I like to enjoy my smoothie bowls. As per usual, I had made my online pick up order through the app through my usual location and I go to however, my order got sent to this 19736 location. I called to cancel my order, but by then it was too late to cancel it through the app and at the time was not able to get my full refund due to the manager not being there, The employee that I spoke to was not very helpful, not helping me get my full refund.... read more
Their desserts are rich but never overwhelming.
The breakfast sandwiches are hearty and keep me energized all day.
