I've been getting smoothies from Smoothie King. 4 over 20 years, the one on state road 70 today. Make me a strawberry, Hulk that I cannot drink. There's no nuts. No flavor is watered down Vanilla Ice cream. I would say very disappointed, 3 people in there, working One's doing something too talking.
I walked in for a particular smoothie. When my app was scanned I was told I could get a free chocolate banana smoothie today only. I said yes and paid. When I picked up my smoothie they only had the original one. I asked for the free one. I was told I needed to scan my app (I already had) and wait back through the line of now 10 people. I looked at her expecting her to fix the situation. She would not and simply didn't care. So I walked out with the smoothie I came in for, but the poor customer service left me angry.
Amazing service, clean store.
