Line out the door and 10 people waiting while one person makes smoothies. 4-5 people visibly standing around in the back doing absolutely nothing. Not a great customer service experience!
genesis & anthony were very helpful and provided great customer service! my avocado toast and smoothie were great. i had a great experience and would highly recommend stopping at this smoothie king location for a quick snack or drink!
I absolutely love Smoothie King, but especially this location! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and provides great customer service. My smoothie is always fresh, delicious, and made just right. You can tell they really care about their customers. This location definitely gets 5 stars from me! 🥤 I’ll definitely be back!
Worst Experience at Smoothie King This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Smoothie King. My drink was not made correctly, so I went back to the store to have it corrected. I was told that they would remake the drink, but then I was asked to wait 20 minutes for them to make it again. I understand that mistakes happen, but having to wait another 20 minutes for a drink that was already made incorrectly the first time was extremely frustrating.
