I hate to leave a negative review because this is a favorite stop of mine when I leave the gym. Their smoothies were always tasty and the employees were always friendly. BUT, twice now I have placed an online order, paid for said order, and arrived at the location to find it empty. In the middle of the day. The first time I waited 15 minutes before giving up and was able to contact the management online. She explained that the employee had left the building to go to the bank and she refunded my order. We wanted to get a smoothie on our trip home. Pulled up at 2:40 pm and was told they couldn’t take any orders for 20 minutes due to shift change.
Believe the reviews on here, this location is horrible. Take forever, not friendly, no communication, etc. We had placed our order but ended up leaving since no one ever came snd even acknowledged us at the window.
I have been to this location 3 times now between 7:20-7:39 am and all three of those times they are “unable to take orders”. This morning the lady working decided to let me sit there for 5 minutes without even having the common courtesy to at least let me know they “aren’t taking orders”. So I suggest maybe open later.
