I’m not sure what kind of beverages this location is serving, but they’re not smoothies. My ‘chocolate banana smoothie’ arrived as chunks of ice mixed with unidentifiable brown chunks I was too concerned to actually drink. I’m honestly surprised this location is still allowed to operate. Staff clearly need retraining, this is unacceptable.
