Had doors locked while Open. acai PB bowl was very hard and frozen. The cashier stated, that they didn't have any napkins for guest at the moment.
I don’t know who the owner is but you need to hired better staff. I have been here many times but today I have had it. I ordered the coco haze smoothie bowl thru the app. Could not get anyone to answer the drive thru so I went inside to pick it up. Once I got home, the bowl was only half full and I was missing 3 different ingredients. One in which I paid extra for. I tried calling the store back 5 times just for no one to answer. I will not be going there again until the owner does something about that staff.
I came in to get my mobile order and there was two workers sitting down on their phones while one girl was doing all the work. She had to ask for help. I didn't even know they worked here
I work with the public, so I’m generally more lenient and rarely leave reviews because I try and understand that people have bad days or circumstances that may affect their performance. However, the chances that both individuals within this smoothie king both being incredibly rude and seemingly having zero desire to work seems too circumstantial. On 12/16 I went to Smoothie King as I often do after going to the gym. The wait time was horrid , as usual, but I'm patient and it's become standard at this location. Throughout the years I have only ever ordered one smoothie, Peanut Power Plus — Chocolate. Though the taste was as usual, after a few sips I immediately knew something was off.
