Came at 825pm and they where closed even tho it says open till 9pm
I usually frequent this place, but today the service was horrible. I ordered online ahead of time, but by the time I got there, it wasn’t ready. It took them a while to make my order, and they ended up giving me the wrong one.
Joel is literally sooooo helpful. Any business that has him as their employee has amazing customer service and an attentive hard-working employee with a great attitude and strong work ethic. When I came into the store, I wasn’t sure what I wanted and Joel asked me some questions and gave advice. He was quick to help his teammates and was managing multiple customers kindly and effectively. I was so impressed with Joel that is why I’m writing this review. I love their pb swizzle bowl. I just wish it wasn't like $11.00.
Oh man I just love this place i just wish it was a little bit cheaper, but other than that. This place is great.The people are great and customer service at 100%
