I don’t understand the point of ordering ahead of time if they are going to prep the other side of the drive thru stuff first I placed my order at 110pm , was supposed to be ready at 1:20, I didn’t get my order til 2:04 , no apology or anything

Smoothie was watery, the worst smoothie I ever had from the smoothie king. Get some adult leaders in that place.
