Smoothie wasn’t made right. This location always takes long. I’ve ordered at different locations and never had a problem.
Let me start by saying I’ve been in here other times and never had a problem with my shake and had great service so I edited my recipe based on all experiences. I came in there Sunday to get a chocolate Hulk 32 ounce extra cocoa multivitamin and an energy boost. They handed me my drink and it was not tasting right. It was so thick it was hard to swallow. The 2 girls working this afternoon! absolutely amazing girls. store was clean and felt welcoming, they recommended the best smoothie! very fast service will come again!
Rude and dismissive service, a disgrace
On Sun July 20th I ordered charged 60 but they tried to send it not to my home so I had to cancel and reorder. They charged me another 60 and was refused to be paid back for the canceled order then it took an hour for my stuff to arrive and it was all melted and gross . I was refuse any compensation by Smoothie King and Uber Eats . For 120 dollars I got nothing this is theft and I will not ever use either again
