They took my order and payed. Was never input in the system to be made. 8 others walked behind me and thier order was made one by one. As I asked the manager on the issue, she was rude.
Went inside and had to make the workers which were two young ladies speak. I ask was everything ok and they said that they were tired. I’m sure this is not how smoothie king runs their business and with me working in a fast food business their customers experience was shitty. I almost walked out because of the experience and the refusal of to even speak back especially with me and the two of them being the “ONLY” ones inside the store. In the near future going back and if they are their I’ll just go elsewhere.
Love Smoothie King’s Acai Berry Bowls! Have always received a full bowl, except for Friday. They forgot the strawberries, and the bowl was nowhere near full. I should have checked the inside before I left. I did notice the other bowls being prepared contained 1 small scoop of Acai.
