We got our fix this morning, and the two girls gave us some recommendations. Flavors were spot on, and I have to say this is the best service we have received from here since they have opened. Great service ladies, keep it up! (Dezarae)
Wonderful service, all the employees were very welcoming and helpful with choosing a smoothie!
They took my order and payed. Was never input in the system to be made. 8 others walked behind me and thier order was made one by one. As I asked the manager on the issue, she was rude.
Went inside and had to make the workers which were two young ladies speak. I ask was everything ok and they said that they were tired. I’m sure this is not how smoothie king runs their business and with me working in a fast food business their customers experience was shitty. I almost walked out because of the experience and the refusal of to even speak back especially with me and the two of them being the “ONLY” ones inside the store. In the near future going back and if they are their I’ll just go elsewhere.
