This place knows their register and app isn't working to honor the 3.99 toast w any snoothie and leaves young enployees to do the bait and switch employees- asking $6 more per toast instead of honoring the corporate website and signs in their own store. This location has gone downhill recently. I’ve been 3 times in the last month and each time has been a bad experience (I continued to go and waited to write a review hoping it was a one-off). Two of the three visits the people who ordered after me got their smoothies several minutes before me and in both cases they had several items in their order and I just had one smoothie. I was helped by Caleb. He gave me outstanding service! Attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I have been to many chains of smoothie king and I was impressed with this one. Great smoothie!
I come here on the way to work. I order it 15 mins before arriving and it’s still not ready. Worker is only one in store and works super slow and works with no urgency. I stop Going as it makes me late for Worm each time.
