Always clean, inviting and friendly staff. Special shout out to Mohammad for his excellent customer service. While waiting, my friend was coughing a lot and he offered her some honey to coat her throat. I also liked that he asked her if she liked honey first. Something so small made such a huge impact so thank you very much.
I usually am not a person who writes reviews but my experience here was very unsatisfactory. I ordered a smoothie bowl at 10:40 am along with a smoothie and flatbread i received it at 11:42 am. There was only one worker behind the counter who seemed like it was either his first day, or he always worked at a slow pace. Not only did I see other customers smoothie bowls get made before mine. Wildly inconsistent
This place knows their register and app isn't working to honor the 3.99 toast w any snoothie and leaves young enployees to do the bait and switch employees- asking $6 more per toast instead of honoring the corporate website and signs in their own store. Spent over 30 min while my children waited in the car for their food and smoothies- the employees kept stating mgt told them it would work and they know about the problem & it happens a lot.
