Nobody was inside store it’s 7:06am
I ordered a Lean 1 Chocolate on the mobile app and when I picked it up it was disgusting. There was clearly no Lean 1 powder in the smoothie. When I went back in to have it remade, they told me they've been out of Lean 1 Chocolate since Dec. It's now May... How is that acceptable?
No one was here to open the store on time.
Terrible Customer Service – Never Again I visited Smoothie King for the first (and last) time after a workout, hoping for a quick protein shake to raise my glucose levels as I am diabetic. Instead, I waited 15 minutes for my order while another customer who ordered after me was served first. When I inquired about the delay, I was told they had forgotten my order due to a mix-up.
