Very unorganized and slow! These young ladies also took my order before they realized they could not fill my order! Your employees need to be aware of supplies before taking customers orders! The store was crowded and to add insult to injury the young lady could not refund me my money because no manager was in store! The last month the service has really gone downhill, especially with mobile/online orders. The employees are either hiding in the back or are on there phones and don’t even start making the orders until the customer arrives and asks for their mobile order. Today when I arrived I noticed no one was at the counter so i parked outside and just waited for about 10 minutes. My favorite smoothie bowl with extra coco nibs, and added blueberries. Heaven in a bowl. I think about this bowl everyday and even dream about it.
Hands down the best Smoothie King I’ve been to. They always make my smoothie just the way I like it
