Smoothie took awhile to get when I was the only customer. Worker was not super friendly but was quick to ring me up
The nicest location I’ve been to
One person ahead of me ordered 10 smoothies, so I expected a wait. But then multiple people who ordered after me got their drinks first. I only ordered two, yet the staff didn’t seem to care. Won’t be back. By the way this was a 50 min. And after the wonderful wait I had a smoothie where I’m literally biting through chunks of powder. This was today from 12:00 - 12:50.
Normally this is a great location and they get our order right. We're in and out and happy. This time around, Sunday March 9 between 1:30 and 2? It was chaos. There were maybe 15 people waiting inside the restaurant that normally handles rushes pretty quickly. Today, however, there were 2 employees behind the counter who had zero immediacy and neither seemed able to follow directions or do things in an organized manner. Very unorganized and slow! These young ladies also took my order before they realized they could not fill my order! Your employees need to be aware of supplies before taking customers orders! The store was crowded and to add insult to injury the young lady could not refund me my money because no manager was in store! So basically I was forced to take something I’ve never had and it ended up in the trash can ! I gave away 13 bucks for an acai bowl I didn’t get!
