This location closes at 9 PM. I arrived at 7:45 pm and the open sign was on when I pulled up to the drive-through window. I was told the blenders are not working. I pulled up to the window to ask are y’all out of power? I can clearly see that the building has power and the worker said that sorry all of our blenders aren’t working right now. He couldn’t really give me an explanation and he just said the blenders aren’t working. If this location is not able to make smoothies then you should turn the flashing open sign off.
Although the food and customer service was a 5 star, the appearance of this location is a 1 star. As I was driving by I couldn’t tell if this location is opened or closed. I just took a chance and pulled in. There were no bright lights and you can barely see it from the street. It needs to be replaced and/or remodeled. Thank you Toya for your great customer service.
The smoothies are decent, but don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. I waited in line for over 18 minutes, and no one was taking my order because there was only one person working. There was one person waiting in front of me, and they were waiting on their smoothie. This place needs more staff. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
The guy dont know how to make a PB Swizzle 🤷♂️🤦♂️
Avoid this location at all costs. Especially if Joe is at the window. Service is horrible
