The girl at register seemed confused fit the upside Friday and didn't give it to me. Didn't mention it and when asked about it she said "well you said you only wanted a 20oz, *and laughed** she had jet black hair and glasses. Please train your staff on your promotional offers because now I don't want to come back to this location.
One of the nicest smoothie kings I’ve been to. The staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. When I got in front, the rep was nice and friendly. Wasn’t too much of a wait time here. Although she was by herself, she was very efficient and got 3 of us in and out quickly. Would certainly come back again.
Terrible customer service bad attitude from employee. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else.
