The worst experience in this Smoothie location today Friday before noon, it's "manager" yell me in front of my family when I claim my refund because my card doesn't have enough balance -this is my issue with my bank- but this location charge in my account not the total amount but they charge me. I claim my refund but she "the manager" didn't want to, she didn't do it
The individuals who work there are not ready for prinetime.
Very long wait and very inconvenient that the worker lied about the wait. Rude.
