Poor Customer Service Experience at Limburg Location I’m writing to report a disappointing experience I had at your Limburg location. The drive-through line was extremely backed up, so I decided to go inside to place my order. I waited for at least 7 to 10 minutes without being acknowledged. When someone finally spoke to me, they simply asked, “Are you waiting on something?”—with an attitude that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Terrible
I don’t know who the owner of this location is but you need to save your business. Takes entirely way too long to make a smoothie. You would think they were making 3 course meals ..
I’m appalled I waited in the drive through line , just to get to the window and they say they aren’t taking orders until 10am when it says they are open at 8am! Very distasteful !
