The hours on Google say the store opens 7am to 9pm. On multiple occasions, since I work overnights, I get there at 7am since I get off early and no one is there. Multiple times I’ve gotten there and had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up and open the store and on other occasions like tonight, I get to the drive thru before 9pm and they tell me that they close early to do their clean up for the night. I came in on a Friday when you were running the promotion to upgrade to a larger size for the price of a 20 oz. I wasn’t offered the promotion, and when I asked about it, the employee told me it was too late and said, “Maybe next time.” Looking back, I’m actually glad I didn’t get the larger size because the smoothie wasn’t what I expected. To make matters worse, the bowl I ordered was overloaded with peanut butter, and the lid wasn’t secured properly.
