This is the slowest smoothie king in STL. They are so disorganized and dirty. You will sit in line for 45 mins behind two cars…even if you order online. Took over 20 mins to get. 20oz smoothie and not a single customer inside the store.
Got here at 7:50, they close at 9. Door was locked. Drive through only. No thanks, I’m not paying $8 to drink a smoothie in my car.
I have never come here and it is fully staffed. I didn't realize I sat in the drive through today for 45 minutes because I was on a call and she pointed it out. The lady Keisha who took the order and made it was extremely rude and didn't move with any sense of urgency with all the people in line and just kept taking orders. They really need to revamp since they are the only semi healthy place in the area it's sad I have to go outside of my neighborhood for better service.
This is the worst customer service from all of the Smoothie Kings EVER!!! It is very rare when one can arrive and expect expedient service of any kind. They close before closing time, your not acknowledged until after you say hello a few times, you may be in line for 10 or 14 minutes at a time, and the list goes on and on. I wish we had other options for SK's in our area. I never know that when I get in line to order if I can remain because of the lag time to provide and or receive an order. I would give zero stars if I could. 1st time there and the lady that took our order was rude at the speaker then when we get to the window and she hands us our smoothies she drinking the left over from them in front of us.
