I never thought I would write a one-star review for this Smoothie King location, and it's sad that I won’t be going back anytime soon. Looking for a nutritional breakfast, I was delighted to discover that Smoothie King now offers a healthy breakfast menu. The wait for the drive thru is way too long! Took almost 30 minutes! The cashier had on bandanna on her head and it looked very unprofessional.
They will let you sit in line for ages and make you believe they are open when they closed for the night. Several people in line were trying to order and several had door dash orders that they could not pick up. They refused to answer the phone or let people in door to get the orders that were paid for.
Poor Customer Service Experience at Limburg Location I’m writing to report a disappointing experience I had at your Limburg location. The drive-through line was extremely backed up, so I decided to go inside to place my order. I waited for at least 7 to 10 minutes without being acknowledged. When someone finally spoke to me, they simply asked, “Are you waiting on something?”—with an attitude that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
