The manager at the Indian Trail, NC location does not seem to be concerned with customer experience at all. The employees do a better job with customer experience than the middle aged male manager. I had a problem with one of my orders and I called national smoothie King which forwarded my information to the store owner multiple times and I never heard back from the store owner so corporate then put something on my account to make up for it. Sitting in the drive-through at 4:39 PM today for five minutes while he takes three other peoples orders, what's the point of drive-through if you can't make the order and take orders at once there's nothing fast about a drive drive-through if that's not the case Smoothie King has really lost his value since letting people privately franchise This location like the other three locations in Georgia are on a strong decline

This is the best smoothie king location! Aden is the best smoothie maker, and has great customer service. I will definitely be returning. And smoothie tastes great!!
Service of the MANAGER is atrocious. I spilled a smoothie and have photographic proof and was not offered a replacement because they didn't see it happen. I'm sorry you weren't personally in my home to see it happen? It went all over my keyboard and carpet. Why would I ruin my $100 keyboard for a $10 smoothie. I get that they're not obligated to give me a replacement but it's just bad service on top of an already bad day. Employees were great though. They tried to fight for me.
