Service of the MANAGER is atrocious. I spilled a smoothie and have photographic proof and was not offered a replacement because they didn't see it happen. I'm sorry you weren't personally in my home to see it happen? It went all over my keyboard and carpet. Why would I ruin my $100 keyboard for a $10 smoothie. I get that they're not obligated to give me a replacement but it's just bad service on top of an already bad day. Employees were great though. They tried to fight for me.
This place is great! My drink is always the same -strawberry kiwi breeze and its amazing each time! A+ overall. My only complaint is the entrance to the parking lot, its super steep and you have to go hella slow over it or else it could damage your vehicle especially if your vehicle sits low. Otherwise, aways have a friendly quick experience here!
I would like to recognize Jase and Arianna for their outstanding and amazing service. Every time I come here to this Smoothie King I am greeted with a smile. Both are very welcoming and always provide outstanding service. Not only do they take care of me but they also offers my dog a pup cup! Which I’m very thankful for being inclusive for our fur baby.
