I visit this location at least twice a week and usually place my orders online. This morning, I had an unpleasant experience at the pickup window. After handing me my bowl, the young lady working the window quickly closed it without any greeting, acknowledgment, or courtesy. Once I noticed that an added topping was missing, I waited for her to come back by the window and politely signaled for assistance.
