I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered this açaí bowl through Uber Eats, and the first time it arrived with nothing but the açaí base. It was completely missing the fruit and toppings that were supposed to come with it. I decided to give them a second chance, hoping it had been an honest mistake. I come to this location every morning to buy the toast combo, and I'm extremely disappointed. For the price customers pay, there is no excuse for serving old fruit on the toast. As you can see in the photo, the bananas were already brown and overripe before they were served. Fresh fruit should be used every time, especially when customers are paying premium prices. I recently went to this location with a friend to celebrate her birthday. The cashier we had that day was awesome; even though the rewards system was down, she still found a way to process the smoothie order for my friend and let her enjoy her birthday reward. She also took the time to give us a paper copy of the menu to look over in advance to make sure my friend got the best option. Would definitely recommend!
