Great customer service
had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location. I specifically requested light ice, fully understanding and clearly stating that I was okay with the smoothie being a bit shorter. Despite this, the manager refused to accommodate the request and insisted on filling the cup with ice anyway. There was no attempt to be flexible or customer-focused, just a rigid “no” with no real explanation. En Google maps dice que está abierto, llego a las 6:26pm y dice “open” y cuando toco la puerta la persona que estaba dentro del lugar, me dice que está cerrado que no puede atenderme. Pésimo !!
