They never listen to substitute requests. If you order almond milk they still give you whole milk if you substitute something on a bowl they will do the complete opposite.
I arrived at the drive-thru a few minutes before closing and waited for several minutes without a response. After pulling up to the window, I found it closed with a sign taped behind it. While I was still there, an employee turned off the lights, got in her car, and left without acknowledging me. If the store was closing early, a simple notice or communication would have made a difference. This was an unprofessional experience and not what I expect.
Every time I come through I get THE BEST customer service. 🩷
