The male employee working this shift was extremely unprofessional for absolutely no reason , also his appearance was very unsanitary (dirty long har , no hair net, stained dirty uniform) , not to mention the dirty mess inside the store clearly visible through the window. You know it’s a great place to be when it is a mission to come here every morning. The employees are impeccable, the environment is calming and hospitable, and the area is always up to part!
I was at your location at Macon road in Columbus Ga. and purchased a small smoothie. on Friday, 14th of November and it tasted light WATER! I tried to call and got NO answer for over a hour! I was no where close to the location to be able to take it back! it’s very unfortunate that folks are working and can not answer a phone! I would like this matter addressed.
