When I first approach the window three individuals were on the other side of the window and no one came and asked if I needed any help. While waiting for someone to come there was a young man sitting outside smoking a cigarette. The young after finishing his cigarette went inside and came to the window to take my order. After I finish giving my order I asked the young man was he going to prepare the order. I remained him to make sure he washed his hands. Ordered the Strawberry Gladiator, with banana. It was good stuff. This place has a walk up window though the rep said to use the drive through for orders, when we attempted to park and walk up.
Jaylen made my visit easy and enjoyable. Great customer service and a positive attitude! Very fast service.
Very unprofessional.
Gave after a bus ride and was sweating real bad; Shift lead hooked me up with a pineapple mango gut health. I don't usually have good, consistent smoothies from Smoothie King. This one was pretty good out of all the ones I had and I've worked at Smoothie King before!
