Second time at this store and never fails. They simply are under trained on customer service, time and energy and how to properly make bowls. I got a huge spoon full of peanut butter and granola. UGH. I’m so upset and no time to go back and wait 30 more minutes for a remake
I go everyday to this location about 1-2pm and Makayla rocks! I get the açaí bowl and she makes it with love! I love this place and when I go Saturday mornings, it doesn’t taste the same :( so moving forward I’ll come only when Makayla works.
This location is the absolute slowest. Every time I have been there I have to wait at least 5+ minutes at the drive thru box to be greeted, and then 5-10+ minutes for my single smoothie order. I have gone to this location on Saturday's and Sunday's when they are supposed to be open and they are not. Today the girl working had what appeared to be her friends in the store hanging out while she was working. Toree was amazing and for her being new she really doesn't show it confident and always smiling and helpful
