Great service and quality smoothies
I had to cancel my smoothie after seeing how dirty the lids were. At first I believed they where placing dirty lids near the sink to wash them. However what I witnessed was the employees using those same lids for other customer smoothies in the drive-thru. No thank you, I'll pass.
I’ve had the smoothie bowls before at another location which tasted fresh. But, I’m disappointed after trying to scoop into what I was hoping soft and fresh, but instead frozen. It’s a close to eating ice cream if I can lift it with a plastic spoon. The only thing that is fresh to taste is the fruit (strawberries, bananas and blueberries). The smoothie should be a lot more soft and not frozen. If it was fresh it wouldn’t be frozen.
Wait times are bad put aside 15 - 20 minutes for service.
