What kind, generous and understanding management. I ordered a chocolate protein shake with another scoop of protein. When I got to the drive-thru window to pay, I realized I’d left my wallet at home. Embarrassed, I told the person at the counter I did not have my wallet and could not pay or accept the shake that was already made. Rude, dirty, ignorant staff. Spit when they talk & their hair is in the food. The girl is beyond racist & refuses service as she feels. Probably cause she is too lazy to get off her behind & do her job. Just avoid this store. Matter of fact, go to tropical smoothie instead. Smoothie king obviously doesn’t care about hiring illiterate trash. Boycott this brand!
Biased employees backed by non responsive corporate
1 star Visited the Royal Palm Beach Smoothie King on October 8, 2025, and was very disappointed with the store manager’s behavior. That morning I received a 50% off bowl offer directly from Smoothie King corporate (valid that day only). I’ve used this same recurring offer for months at this location without issue, but the manager refused to honor it, claiming he no longer accepts corporate promotions. I always enjoy my visit to Forest Hill Md location. Everyone is super friendly and my smoothie is always made consistently. Look forward to my next smoothie! My favorite is dark chocolate banana with peanut butter and in the fall the pumpkin smoothies 😀
