Pulled up to drive-thru at 8:45 PM on a Saturday night after working all day since 5:00 AM and all I want is a smoothie. Employee says, “Sorry, we’re closed.” I respond, “It says 9:00 PM close...” She replies, “we’re short staffed, sorry.” I look to see zero customers inside and 2 employees appear to be cleaning. Absolutely unacceptable. As I’m writing this, another car pulls up to the drive thru at 8:51 PM....2 customers turned away.
This is the 2nd time I've come here at 8pm and the store is closed with 2 employees inside that refuse to serve customers till 9pm.
Ashely R. Is rude . Ordered a medium size smoothie and she made a small. Asked her to please make a medium and she was rude about it thinking that she had over charged me so I explained to her that she didn’t over charge me, but that I just want a medium size smoothie. When she finally realized her mistake she was still rude about it and started throwing the ice cream scoop in the dish washer and rolled her eyes.
