Disappointed in the service we received today. I would get an entire new team in there. Completely rude & not helpful. Can’t make suggestions & just stare at you like you’re dumb when you are ordering.
Went to smoothie king for the first time at this location with my fiancé who was limping due to an injury he received. At one point we were the only 2 in the store and we could hear the employees in the back making comments about us and laughing. We felt extremely uncomfortable and will not be returning to this location.
Felt VERY uncomfortable from the way the staff just treated me. So uncomfortable that I almost couldn't drink the smoothie. I enjoy their smoothies, however I will NOT be returning. I hope people see this and consider either a different location, or getting a smoothie elsewhere.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. I am pregnant and was craving a smoothie so I stopped by and was informed by one of the workers here that I shouldn't be drinking smoothies while pregnant and that I was harming my child. I think you need to reevaluate your staff and teach them better customer service. I will not be returning here and will get the word out about my unacceptable experience.
