Other than annoyingly loud music you have to yell over to order and waiting, what is it now....20 minutes, for your one shake when there's ONE person ahead of you and THREE people working, it's a great place. #sarcasm
When I go in the mornings it's 5/5 stars. The afternoon however is a different story. It's not the smoothies or the service it's how busy and the wait. Today I waited 25 minutes to get my drink as most of the other people. Those girls were so overwhelmed and definitely needed more help. So my main suggestion for improvement would be to staff more appropriately to the higher traffic times so the customers aren't waiting 20 plus minutes.

This is the third time they have changed management/employees in the last year... the new management/owners don't know where things are, how to make a smoothie, etc... when I order my smoothie I have to tell them how to find it.
