Waited 5 to 7 minutes for someone to come out of the back to be assisted. When she finally showed up, she was efficient and kind. The bells on the inside of the door does no justice as when you walk in, it doesnt notify the employee that a guest came in or not. I opened and shut the door 3 times so the employee new someone was here waiting.
Shame on you!
I placed a mobile order this morning for a Smoothie and Avocado toast and was charged in the app, but when I arrived at the store it was completely closed and there was no way to cancel the order in the app.
