Really great experience! Great service from Jacob and Arhum. These young men are helpful, friendly, and courteous. They deserve a raise!
I love it when I pull up to the drive thru and they recognize my order. That makes me feel like a valued customer. Brittaney, Heather and Vikram always start my day off just right with the best smoothie mix. My favorite flavor is Pineapple Surf and they serve it just right even with the upgrades.
The food was great, but the cashier was very shady with his dealings. He charged me for a reward I was supposed to get free and tried to hide it by throwing the receipt in the trash without asking me if I wanted my receipt, which I very expeditiously asked him to retrieve. Sure enough he had charged me for the reward AND then scanned my reward barcode to cover. So not only did he charge me but he stole my reward.
