Allison N. Rude employees. Hang out spot for highschool kids not buying smoothies. Will not be returning. The one Star reviews on here are totally honest.
To the Management Team, I am writing to share my disappointment with the recent decline in service at your Smoothie King location on Dallas Smith. I have been a frequent customer, but the experience has gone down significantly. The customer service from the younger staff members has been unprofessional and inattentive. It’s frustrating to visit a local business and feel like the service is an afterthought. I love coming here a few times a month for a smoothie treat. The staff is always quick and efficient. The location os so convenient- grab a smoothie to drink while you get groceries at Publix! The mobile order is easy to use and they always have my smoothie ready and waiting for pick-up.
