I visited around (8/9) 9:30 AM and felt like I was bothering the staff from the moment I walked in. When I asked for a suggestion, I was told—very coldly and snappily—“just look at the board.” Wow. I still paid and even left a tip without complaining, but my experience was awful. I left feeling uncomfortable and won’t be returning

I go to smoothie king everyday, this smoothie king has to be one of the worst. The customer service is absolutely terrible, they don’t say anything when you walk in, and look absolutely miserable when serving you, and then on top of all that, they give me a cup with a whole in it and leaks all over my car, and I paid $10 for this, and then was asked to give them a tip at the end lol

Smoothie is good as always but the customer service is lacking. I came in person for the first time (normally I order delivery) and was surprised at how cold the service felt. I wasn't greeted when I came in, tried to say "good morning" but I guess they didn't hear me. Once I got my smoothie they didn't say "have a good one" or "have a nice day!" These are just small things and aren't that big of a deal but they make a difference in the experience. I'll probably just go back to ordering online.
