I visited this location to place my order and drove through the drive-thru to get a "kindness in a cup." However, the employee informed me that I could only order it online, which didn’t make sense and was very inconvenient. I don’t understand the difference between that and any other smoothie. I will not be returning here.
Terrible service. I cannot get my total at the window therefore I was stuck in drive-thru there is no possible way you could pull up when you have three cars in front of you
I tried to order on the app but was having some technical issues. I went inside to order and no one greeted me. The white guy who took my order didn't greet me.
