Extremely nasty and very unprofessional staff. They were having a verbal altercation when I was standing in line then I preceded to get my smoothie and it was not edible. I had to throw it away
Port service. The other two workers very respectful but the one in the drive thru very rude, playing on her phone texting and does not give guest no politeness. I will be calling corporate on her
I landed at MSY on Friday at about 6:45am. I hadn't had breakfast, so I stopped off for a smoothie. I got in line at 7:06. There was nobody behind me, nobody ahead of me waiting to order, yet the cashier told me "one second" when I walked up to the register. That "one second" turned into TWENTY ONE MINUTES. Service is trash! Always closed!
No long lines she had all the time in the world to listen attentively to my order and make it right. I kept quiet watching her low key attitude as she whipped up my juice. Yep Juice, because that wasn’t a smoothie. My usual meal replacement. Doesn’t matter what it cost I normally boost and add my extras to my blend and she didn’t seem to hear nothing I say, better yet she didn’t even ask if there’s anything else or made any suggestions so I could spend more.
