This smoothie King it's not worth a crap they take too long to take your order and give you your order they playing around while you're waiting in the heat in the Drive-Thru somebody needs to let the owner know they need to hire older folks cuz all the kids do is play and don't want to work do yourself a favor go to another smoothie King save yourself some time
Absolutely terrible. Understaffed. They had to keep checking the recipe books. Kept forgetting ingredients and having to remake for people. Took 30 minutes to get a smoothie. They forgot ours and we stood there waiting and waiting. Had to go up and ask them to make ours then they finally did. One worker was in the back just on her phone. If you can’t staff a restaurant sufficiently, just don’t open it.
I stopped at the Smoothie King on Clearview on my lunch break. There were 3 workers behind the counter, a black male, a black female, and a white female. No one spoke or acknowledged my presence. They continue to do what they were doing..I asked do I have to go through drive through for service. The black male shrugged his shoulders, and the other 2 people didn't even look up. Literally some of the nicest staff!! The smoothie turned out great and prices aren’t too bad. Not sure where all the negative reviews came from.
