There was only one employee working, but she knocked out multiple orders quickly.
I got a banana & strawberry smoothie. Love their smoothies!
As I waited 24 minutes from waiting in line to receiving my order, I applied the “let them” theory as the employees leisurely discussed non-urgent personal matters while the line grew longer and longer. After 4 individuals who ordered after me got their orders and I waited an additional 4 minutes, I remembered the “let me” portion of the theory - which led to this review. Smoothie had plastic in it. Took it back, they made me a new one…it had plastic in it. There was no manager available this day. They stated the manager from a different restaurant was going to come and help with the refund “when he’s done”. Unfortunately we had a flight to catch and didn’t have time to wait for a manager that may or may not come. Make sure to check your drinks for plastic and done expect a refund!!
