Worst customer service! Rebecca attended us two weeks back to back very rude young lady! Emailed Dan the store manager to let him know the situation and it’s been two weeks no response.. very inconsistent! Wish I could escalate this so no one has to go thru this rude service but unfortunately still waiting….
They only have one guy working there poor dude another guy came from the back and literally started dumping ppls drinks in the cups and the drink was everywhere on the cup like smoothie everywhere he didn’t even bother to close the top all the way and literally smoothie is running down the cup ! Truly disgusting
Staff are friendly and complete your order in a timely manner. However, the establishment is dirty. The walls, the station they are using to make our things, windows.. etc). It just makes me question how sanitary is the products they are using for us.
I was in the area so I decided to make a quick pit stop to Smoothie King. I decided to get a honey berry bowl that was based in Greek yogurt and had over 30 grams of protein. My only complaint is that it wasn't super cold like getting an acai bowl for example. Outside of that, the honey drizzled on top was a treat. If you are looking for a healthier alternative then I highly recommend grabbing something from Smoothie King!
terrible. never come here again, wanted a simple chocolate smoothie, wouldn't cooperate with me made me add something else, smoothie came out terrible, wasted my money, worker with the blue braids had a horrible attitude, person who made the drink was so rude, slamming drinks down, i ordered chocolate smoothies before, terrible experience, ruined my whole nigh. never come here again.
