The staff would rather throw away the product than to come up with another payment solution. Left my wallet at home and you don’t take Apple Pay but instead of asking me just to order online they just said “oh well” and closed the door. At a time like this in America, spreading kindness and using your brain is key. I will not return to this location.
At the store location 1053 in Colorado Springs, my girlfriend arrived to pick up my order just after 4pm. They had no recollection of my order at all. They didnt believe that I even paid for it over the phone. Now, I come to this particular location at least 3 times a week. So I just let it slide on that 1. RecommendedThe staff there is wonderful. I am a regular and I have the best experience each and every time I visit. They also are very patient and super helpful with my elderly/handicapped mother as she frequents this location as well. Best smoothies. Best customer service. This place rules. Period. 🖤
