Teach your employees how to greet their customers. Each time I’ve been (Only because I work close by) the employees slide open the window for my card and never state the total. The total is never told on the speaker either. There is no, “Have a good day, Thank you” nothing. If you don’t care for the public maybe customer service isn’t meant for you.
